Research On The Layout And Influencing Factors Of Traditional Project Of The Provincial Sports Schools In Shaanxi Province

Traditional Sports Schools are the primary form of our country's athletic training, sports training and the network management system. Sports training and competition of traditional project are the elementary basis for training sports reservoir. In recent years, China's sports schools keep on deepening the reform of traditional project, in the context of the new era, traditional schools are facing greater challenges and opportunities. Therefore, most project schools change the traditional idea of schools, standardizing teaching management, combining physical education, optimizing the allocation, sharing the resource, and a new sports reserve personnel training system is going to be gradually formed.In Shaanxi Province, there are 80 traditional provincial sports schools, which are the main sports base in our province to supply sports talents. In this paper, these means, such as data, expert interviews, field research, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and research methods are used to study the layout and the operating mode of the 80 provincial-level project schools to further clarify the layout of traditional school sports of Shaanxi Province and analyze the main problems of the traditional layout of the project schools. Based on these, find a relatively rational and scientific mode of operation and resolution for development, with a view to better cultivate Shaanxi Province sports talents in the idea of multi-track system to provide some useful reference for the project and enhance school construction and development to a new level.Through investigations and studies shows that presently, traditional project in Shaanxi Province, the main problems of the provincial sports schools are: insufficient administration, flawed management system, lax evaluation and irrational layout: showing "strong center, weak north and south" posture; irrational physical education teachers (coaches) male to female ratio, educational level, job and other body structure, advanced training opportunities rare, lack of training capacity and scientific training awareness, imperfect reserve personnel transport model; inadequate training conditions; simple operation mode, shortage of a scientific operation of the system mode of their own characteristics; inadequate social concern; simple sources of funding; development environment unhealthy etc.This paper, based on the above-mentioned research of the traditional items of Shaanxi provincial sports school, makes the following recommendations:1,A sound school sports traditional project management system, an increase in government supervision 2,Rationally adjust the layout of the project; highlight the characteristics of Shaanxi Province3,Strongly recommend "experiment, teaching and research" B to encourage a variety of operating modes4,Vigorously strengthen the building of the division ranks of the faculty5,Competition system should be coordinated and diversified...
