The reason was mainly due to traditional cultural and socialnegative phenomena, the concept of market economy and its competitive,examination-oriented education and child caused by self-centered consciousness expansion.These phenomenon, the knowledge economy era team training content and students should follow the principle. The main content of this article that the team has the socialist core valuesystem, professional quality and innovation and entrepreneurship develop three parts and,based on comprehensive development of students and professional quality request teamworkof four principles: personalized, long-term nature , practical and professional principles. Andputs forward ways and means students teamwork, First Perspective from the educationalphilosophy and understanding of the correct understanding of "team spirit", and to exploreways to strengthen the process of teaching in education infiltrate their ideas; secondly, by thecollective spirit in shaping the course of college students to enhance team building classes,students sense of team the same time, faculty development can not be ignored, to play itsleading and exemplary role; again, build schools, families, the role of the community worktogether to create a favorable external environment; the last is the focus on the future ofprofessional quality training students to enhance students develop training routine enhance theability of college students team practice, team spirit.
