In the context of new curriculum reform, Xingtai No.27Middle School comprehensivelypromoted the "team cooperation and mutual assistance learning" teaching mode in2011,They strived to give the classroom back to students, to achieve the goal of making studentsautonomous learning and cooperative learning, to better play to the enthusiasm of eachstudent, lit up each student’s study enthusiasm, to promote all the students common progressby "team cooperation and mutual assistance learning" mode.The school by adopting the method of "going out, please come in", repeatedly sent to thenational forefront of school curriculum reform. For example, Yangsi Middle School ofJiangsu,Dulangkou Middle School of Shandong, Xinjiang Middle School of Shanxi,Yongwei School of Henan, etc.;Some leading experts to curriculum reform has been invitedto do reports and interacted with the teachers, widened the view of teachers. At the same time,classroom reform has been actively carried out in the school, the school has resolutelyinsisted the way of curriculum reform, and combined with the reality of itself, after threeyears, from the original imitation of team cooperation learning in Dulangkou Middle Schoolin Shandong,to constant innovation and development, and combined with the reality of theschool itself, and finally form the current with this school characteristics "team cooperationand mutual assistance learning" mode, it effectively cultivate the students’ learning ability andcooperation spirit, has received the good teaching effects, recognized by more and morecolleagues."Team cooperation and mutual assistance learning" teaching mode has been a certainachievements have been made in the field of curriculum reform in Xingtai No.27MiddleSchool, but I also found some problems in implementation process, there is some confusion.In order to achieve the goals of students autonomous learning, cooperation learning, to betterplay to the enthusiasm of each student by "Team cooperation and mutual assistancelearning"mode, to lit up each student’s study enthusiasm, promote all the students to makeprogress together, also in order to solve their own confusion, this paper tries to research theeffectiveness of training students learning ability and cooperation spirit of Team Cooperation and Mutual Assistance Learning mode by adopting the method of comprehensive research,mainly including literature method, interview method, observation method and statisticalmethod. Through purposeful, systematic theory combined with practice for research andargumentation, in order to experience summarized and refinedin practice, the formation oftheoretical knowledge, and use this knowledge to guide further, improve practice work,further deepening the reform of classroom for the school, hope to form the teaching theory inthe teaching practice, and using this theory to guide practice further, in order to make schoolsto further deepen the reform of classroom teaching and improve.To make our own experiencehas promotion value, and make our own contribution for the region’s education teaching.
