The Study Of Student Rights In Modern University System

The study of modern university system has been a great event on higher education research at present, as higher education reform process of continuous advance and to create the world-class universities earnestly, establishing modern university system is an inevitable choice of the development of Chinese higher education at this stage. Fielding in the reform of higher education, there is a group we have to focus, those are students. Students become the indispensable element of the university, in the university development they play an irreplaceable role. The 21st century, it is a certain extent that students are not only representatives a country's overall image, at the same time, it is a certain sense, students are an important expression of the overall national strength. As future pillar of the sate college students in a certain extent, are on behalf of the development of society, the development of a major concern and attention. To safeguard the rights of the students is a powerful guarantee for the development of students. Therefore, this paper tries to study students'rights of modern university system in order to provide a new perspective, and also for the reform of higher education in our country.Writing is divided into four parts. In the first part, the introduction elaborates about the reasons, the research significance, concept defined, the existing literature study and research methods and ideas. In the second par, this paper discusses the relations between students' rights and the university system. On the one hand, the values of the modern university system are institutions of students' rights protection, on the other hand, discuss the significance of constructing the modern university system. In the third part, we can find some institutional reasons by analyzing the college students'rights. The students'rights did not get the best guarantee. The target of university education did not take into account the student individual to grow and development needs in future, so university education becomes "university degree's factory" simply. Because of no full autonomy of school-running and wanting to get the government's support, the school ignores students'existence to a certain extent. But also the legal guarantee mechanism of students' rights is not perfect. The fourth part studies the students' rights of the modern university system. Firstly this paper raises the prospect which is student autonomy. Secondly, it puts forward some relevant advice based on the view of students' rights of the modern university system construction. These advices are about four points:finding universal spirit and reconstructing universal value education, college education can return to nature, namely the final aim of education is to educate people. Building the harmonious teacher-student relationship, it focuses on the development of students and teachers' dominance. The healthy development of students relies on teachers'guidance and teaching. Besides, this paper is about realizing the unification of students'rights and obligations and enhancing the social responsibility of college students.
