Effects Of Different Interventions On Tinnitus And Its Relationship With Vertebral - Basilar Artery Blood Flow Velocity

Tinnitus is the perception of sound when no outside source.Tinnitus is not an independent disease,but clinical symptoms of some diseases. The incidence of tinnitus increased significantly, not just the elderly with tinnitus, the incidence of young people with tinnitus also gradually increased. Tinnitus seriously affect the patient’s physical and mental health and life,so it’s very important to find effective therophy of tinnitus.The etiology of tinnitus is complex,and its pathogenesis is not clear yet. There is no unified diagnostic standard and effective treatment method. In the etiology of tinnitus,inner ear blood supply obstacles is the main reason, and the inner ear blood supply is from the vertebral basilar artery. If with cervical spine lesions, such as cervical vertebral instability, facet joint dislocation, atlantoaxial joint disorders, increased muscle tone vertebra pillow, fascia contracture, Luschka joint osteoarthritis, bone transverse foramen stenosis, facet hypertrophy, cervical disc herniation and other, vertebral basilar artery blood flow is blocked,which can lead to the inner ear ischemia, form the inner ear cochlea damage, cause tinnitus at last, called cervical tinnitus.Research purposes:To research and observe whether the needle knife therapy plus stellate ganglion block technique has curative effect on tinnitus by increasing velocity of blood flow in vertebral-basilar artery. It can provide new treatment for tinnitus.Research methods:66 cases according to diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were selected and divided into group A(52 cases) and group B(14 cases).The group A was cured by the needle knife therapy once a week,4 times in a row,and stellate ganglion block technique 3 times a week,12 times in a row at the same time.The group B was cured by stellate ganglion block technique 3 times a week,12 times in a row.Observe the curative effect on tinnitus.The results:①Knife and stellate ganglion block treatment of tinnitus significant effect, better than stellate ganglion block technique, analyzed by tinnitus only graded evaluation of efficacy, knife and stellate ganglion block technique, the total effective rate 73.08%, while the stellate ganglion block technique, the total effective rate was 28.57%(P=0.0021<0.05); tinnitus rates by only evaluate the efficacy analysis, knife and stellate ganglion block technique, the total effective rate 69.23%, while the stellate ganglion block technique, the total effective rate was 42.86% (P=0.0686> 0.05); by tinnitus and tinnitus grade ratings evaluate the efficacy analysis in the first method, knife and stellate ganglion resistance lag surgery total effective rate 88.46%, while the stellate ganglion block technique the total efficiency of 50%(P=0.0046<0.05); the second method according to tinnitus, and tinnitus grade ratings evaluate the efficacy analysis, knife and Star ganglion block technique, the total effective rate was 53.85%, while the stellate ganglion block technique the total efficiency of 21.43%(P=0.0310<0.05).②Group A and Group B after treatment basilar flow velocity than before treatment has improved, but the degree of improvement was not obvious, the P value is greater than 0.05, no significant difference compared with before treatment after treatment; A group significantly than group B, however, between the two groups of vertebral-basilar artery blood flow there is no significant difference between the degree of improvement; were two groups of patients before and after treatment of vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity between the time change and the relationship between tinnitus and the efficacy analysis, Logistic regression analysis Unreached the results.Conclusions:①The curative effect of the needle knife therapy plus stellate ganglion block treatment on tinnitus is remarkable.②The needle knife therapy plus stellate ganglion block technique maybe increase velocity of blood flow in vertebral-basilar artery and improve the state of inner ear ischemia,which is conducive to cochlear repair and treat the tinnitus at last.
