Retrospective Analysis Of Chinese Medicine Therapy For Ankylosing Spondylitis

Purpose: Ankylosing spondylitis is a kind of systemic rheumatic disease which can cause the chronic inflammation of the joint and the spinal column, but also involve the internal organs and other tissues [1]. Western medicine believes that the cause and the pathogenesis of AS is not clear.We can only use the drug to ease the disease to a certain extent, but can not cure the disease. A large number of studies show that traditional Chinese medicine therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients and improve the quality of life of patients. However, most of these studies are to explore a kind of traditional Chinese medicine therapy methods, and the research on the methods of traditional Chinese medicine is more common in the literature review.This retrospective study was designed to explore the different types of TCM therapy in AS and the reasonable clinical treatment program.Material and method:We selected 162 cases of AS patients consisting of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital and Liaoning Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation center of chronic disease in March Hospital between January 2015 and March 2016.According to the Chinese medicine treatment of Bi syndrome clinical research guiding principles and clinical observation,the syndrome types of selected cases were summarized in order to investigate the relationship between the application of different traditional Chinese medicine therapy and the syndrome types of AS. SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to deal with the data, in which the chi square test on the AS of the various types of physical therapy for testing, frequency analysis on various types of Chinese medicine treatment and treatment of the situation.Results and Conclusion:1、Traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy in the application frequency most followed by traditional medicine vapor bath, acupuncture, acupoint paste deposited,moxibustion and Chinese medicine fumigation medicine and TDP irradiation.All of them can be used in five types of AS. Among them,the Chinese medicine fumigation medicine and TDP irradiation should be not used in the damp heat stagnation type AS.2、The application of traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy most frequency in atherosclerosis renal deficiency cold syndrome was Chinese medicine vapor bath,while the kidney deficiency blood stasis corresponding acupuncture,the liver and kidney deficiency corresponding acupuncture,the cold dampness syndrome corresponding Chinese medicine vapor bath, and the damp heat stagnation type corresponding herbal steam bath.All of these provide the basis for the clinical treatment of AS selection of reasonable treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.3、Two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine physical therapy methods used in combination are the most common. On the one hand,the joint programme is economical and practical;on the other hand, it is easy to observe the curative effect in order to change the physical therapy in time.4、The application of different traditional Chinese medicine therapy in different syndrome types was diverse. In the clinical practice, we should choose the appropriate therapy plan according to the dialectical choice.
