Purpose: To compare the healthy volunteers' infrared temperature of acupoints in three yin meridians of foot located at lower limb with that in patients by HBVDNA quantification which is greater than or equal to 100IU/ML,and also study the comparison of correlation coefficient about DPV,VPV and CI in liver portal vein with infrared temperature method and color Doppler ultrasound technology, then proof the specificity of acupoints, which can reflect disease, besides,it also presents that the infrared temperature of Xi-xue infected HBV pathological basis of disease.Material and method: Objectives:The subjects in HBV group are 48 patients with HBV from the sixth People's Hospital in Benxi city, all of them have signed the informed consent and HBVDNA quantification is greater than or equal to 100IU/ML;however,the subjects in control group are 44 healthy patients without HBV from Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Research method:Collected the whole body's infrared images of subjects with ATIR-M301 medical infrared thermal imager, and selected the temperature measure points in surface projection of infrared image region as well as the corresponding opposite region: Fuliu acupoint,Jiaoxin acupoint,Zhubin acupoint,Sanyinjiao acupoint,Lougu acupoint,Yinlingquan acupoint,Diji acupoint,Ligou acupoint,Zhongdu acupoint, then record the infrared temperature of each acupoint and that of Shanzhong acupoint which was as the basic point, finally summarize the data. All of the subjects inhibited from drinking water for 8 hours before test were examined by GE730 color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, during the examination, all of them were asked to be normal respiration, the angle between vascular and the ultrasound beam is less than 60 degrees. The sampling volume was 2mm,at least 3-6 cardiac cycles and measured about three times, then take the average. All the patients were examined by the same doctor in the Department of ultrasound, measuring and recording the DPV as well as VPV(cm/s).Calculated the CI of portal vein(CI=?×(d/2)2/v),then recorded and summarized the data.Relatively analyzed bivariate grade between infrared temperature and portal vein hemodynamic parameters according to the test results.Investigated the variation of infrared temperature and sensitization characteristics of Zhongdu point through the paired test on three yin meridians of foot with the same measuring anatomical point between healthy group and disease group.Explored the specificity and pathological mechanism of Zhongdu point through the comparison about the change of infrared temperature between healthy group and disease group as well as the relative research on DPV,VPV,and CI.Statistical methods: SPSS17.0 statistical software was applied, disordered enumeration data was processed by chi-square test, measurement data was presented by standard deviation measurement data(x + s),two sample means were analyzed by independent-samples t test, data without normal distribution and homogeneity of variance were analyzed by nonparametric test.P ?0.05,there was statistically significant, otherwise, there was not statistically significant. The Pearson bivariate correlation test was also applied,r < 0.05,if R was positive,it means positive correlation,if R was negative,it means negative correlation.r=0 was not related to useful statistical significance. Results: 1.The infrared temperature of all the temperature measuring point in disease group were lower than those in healthy control group, only the Zhongdu point P > 0.05,which manifests relatively pathological high temperature.2.All the temperature measuring points in three yin meridians of foot in disease group were negatively correlated with VPV,P < 0.05;and positive correlation with DPV,P>0.05.However,these points in healthy group have no statistic significance with VPV and DPV,suggested that the portal vein blood flow velocity of patients with HBV was slow, which affects the infrared temperature of three yin meridians of foot located in medial leg.3.The change of temperature in bilateral Zhongdu,Zhubin, right side of Jiaoxin,Sanyinjiao, lougu, left side of Fuliu were negative correlation with CI,P < 0.05.However,in healthy control group, there was no statistic significance.Suggested that the superficial infrared temperature of these 8 points were pathological changes, which was related to the degree of congestion in portal vein. The right side of Xixue was active. Conclusion: 1.The specificity of pathological high temperature at Zhongdu point can reveal that the portal vein blood flow was slower,as well as hypertension in portal vein of patients with HBV.It reflects the specificity of acupoints.2.The negative correlation between liver portal vein blood flow velocity(congestion)and the infrared temperature of all acupoints in three yin meridian of foot presents that the function of storing blood in liver significantly affects the function of meridians.
