Safflower Yellow Injection In The Treatment Of Angina Pectoris (heart Blood Stasis Syndrome) Clinical Studies

The attack rate of coronary heart disease (CHD) is high. It is a serious cardiovascular system diseases threatening people's health . In recent years, the experiments and clinical study on treatment of CHD with activating blood and transforming stasis method have acquired great advance. The article have refered to literatures for the experiments and clinical study on treatment of CHD with activating blood and transforming stasis method.I hope it is a theoretical direction for making a diagnosis and give treatment to CHD and cognitioning the activating blood and transforming stasis method. On the basis of these studies I applied a series of clinical observation. Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and security of Safflor yellow for treating stable anginapectoris with blood stasis in heart syndrome of TCM . MethodsrThe 68 patients of stable anginapectoris with blood stasis in heart syndrome of TCM were randomized into treatment group(34) and control group (34) according to randomized digital form. The patients of treatment group were given SY 0. 12g, iv, each day; the control group was given "xiangdan" injection 10mL, iv, each day. The treatment duration was two weeks. The patients were specially asked not to accept any medicine for CHD but glonoine during the trial. Results:After treatment, scores of angina pectoris attack frequency, chest pain-degree, lasting time, being taken show significan decrease compared with that before treatment in both group(P<0. 05). Total curative effect rate of angina pectoris is 85.29%; TCM syndrome score, chest pain, chest stuff and palpitation significantly decrease compared with that before treatment(P<0. 05). Total curative effect rate of TCM syndrome is 94.12%.Comprehensive valuation the curative effect of CHD, the total curative effect rate of diseases is 85.29%. SY can significantly improve coagulative functional and can decrease significantly the dose of glonoin (P<0.05) .Score of lasting time,chest pain - degree,relieving chest pain,chest stuff and palpitationand ect in the treatment group is lower than that in the control group(P<0. 05). And the total curative effect rate of TCM syndrome,angina pectoris and the total curative effect rate of diseases is higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). This drug had not obvious effects on improving Common ECG and Treadmill exercise test(P>0.05). The total curative effect rate of ECG is 44.12%. There is no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group on ECG and Treadmill exercise test (P>0.05). Safety items of the both group show no obvious difference before and after treatment. There are no significant adverse effects in both groups during the treatment. Conclusion: SY is safe and effective for stable angina pectoris with syndrome of blood stasis in heart syndrome.
