Objective:To research and analysis the clinical characteristics of ovarian cancer under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine patter by practicing the five modes of TCM standardized treatment ?TCM diagnosis and treatment guidelines in malignancy?[1].Material and method:32 cases ovarian cancer patients from May to June 2015 in oncology department and outpatient of professor Yin Dongfeng are collected and apply Microsoft Excel statistical software to count the comprehensive treatment、special treatment of TCM、the distribution of TCM pattern、anti-tumor therapy and palliative care in Chinese and Western Medicine and the application of strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors.The purpose is to research the application of TCM pattern of ovarian cancer under the guidance of the theory of standardized treatment.Results: 1、Comprehensive treatments:All patients are treated with TCM.Ten patients choose pure TCM.Two of them choose TCM that cooperates with adjuvant chemotherapy.Nine of them choose TCM that cooperates with chemotherapy.The rest of them choose TCM that cooperates with symptomatic treatment of western medicine. 2、The specific conditions of traditional Chinese medicine treatment:Various forms of TCM treatment are alone or with each other in the process of diagnosis and treatment of disease.All of them choose Chinese Herbal Medicine besides advanced cancer patients.5 chases of the early phase choose Chinese medicine;the middle phase has 14 patients. Acupuncture treatment is used that early in 3 cases,12 cases of the mid and late 1 case.Only 8 cases in middle phase choose external therapy. 3、Anti-tumor therapy and palliative care situation:The treatments of Chinese medicine and Western medicine are synchronous or sequential,specially palliative care of TCM is reflected in various periods.In western medicine aspect,early patients with mild symptoms have ended in the outer surgery.In middle phase,there are 9 cases of anti-tumor therapy、13 cases of palliative care.One case of advanced chooses palliative care. 4、The treatment modes and principles of TCM:Combining the pattern classification criteria of ?TCM diagnosis and treatment guidelines in malignancy?[1] discovers 8 cases are consolidation treatment,6 cases are maintenance treatment,6 cases are simple TCM all with the principle of strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors;5 cases are protective treatment with righting;6 cases are loading treatment with eliminating pathogenic.Conclusion: 1、By analysising the comprehensive treatments and specific conditions of TCM,32 cases ovarian cancer patients in the provincial TCM hospital choose the chemotherapy with anti-cancer therapy.Them choose Chinese Herbal Medicine besides advanced cancer patients.TCM treatment is used throughout all stages of ovarian cancer patients. 2、According to the progression of disease、the body’s resistance and the choice of Western medicine anti-tumor treatment,traditional Chinese medicine patterns include protective treatment、loading treatment、maintenance treatment、consolidation treatment、simple TCM.Such standardized treatment makes the purpose of treatment more clearly for each stage. special treatments are decided according to the patients’ physical condition and the state of evil qi and healthy qi. 3、The early cancer patients select the most radical Western medicine treatment with protective treatment and consolidation treatment.Antitumor interictal period uses maintenance treatment.The palliative care runs through the various stages of cancer treatment.
