Tip: electric needle off points can significantly i ncrease C57BL/6 and ASIC3-/- two mouse Gs protein expression, reduced expression o f both proteins in mice Gi, were not able to return to normal levels, missing in the g roup did not set off effect is obvious and statistically significant(P<0.05), non-acupoin t group had no significant effect. C57BL/6 mice off group and ASIC3-/- mice off grou ps, C57BL/6 mice in the group Gi, Gs protein expression is more obvious.4.Compared with the normal group, model group, myocardial ischemia, myocardial isc hemia associated with chronic stress depression model group, serum CK-MB, LDH tha t has increased, and was statistically significant(P<0.05). Tip myocardial ischemia mo del was successful. With the normal group, myocardial ischemia model group and the customs treatment 1 group, myocardial ischemia associated with chronic stress and de pression group within the customs treatment slows weight gain in rats 2 groups, reduc ing sugar intake, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), prompted modelin g methods can be induced in rats with chronic stress depression occurs. Compared wit h the normal group, model group myocardial ischemia and myocardial ischemia associ ated with chronic stress depression model group, serum IL-1, IL-2, IL-8 levels increas ed, increased expression of Gi, Gs protein expression decreased, and protein expressio n compared with myocardial ischemia model group, serum myocardial ischemia associa ted with chronic stress depression model group IL-1, IL-2, IL-8 levels increased more significantly, Gi; statistically significant(P<0.05) increased more significantly, Gs prot ein expression decreased more pronounced and statistically significant(P<0.05), describ ed chronic stress depression can aggravate inflammatory factor levels, increasing Gi pr otein expression increased, adding to Gs protein expression decreased. Tip: In EA Neiguan can significantly improve myocardial ischemia associated with chronic stress depression i n rats serum IL-1, IL-2, IL-8 content, improve Gi, Gs protein abnormal expression, bu t within the EA Neiguan myocardial ischemia simple indicators improved compared wi th myocardial ischemia in rats with chronic stress depression is more effective.Conclusion:1. Inside EA Neiguan by reducing Gi protein expression and protein expression increa sed Gs, to protect cardiomyocytes from ECG improvement, reflected in improved tissu e morphology.2. Acupuncture C57BL/6 mice were significantly better than the therapeutic effect of ASIC3-/- mice, a possible mechanism is the afferent nerve receptors involved in the m echanism of acupuncture effect ASIC3 outer periphery, so acupuncture Neiguan can be activated by ASIC3 body ion channels, thereby inhibiting sympathetic to ease due to myocardial sympathomimetic isoproterenol induced ischemic symptoms.3.
