Career maturity is the extent to which individual is ready for coping withcareerdevelopment tasks appropriate to his or her age. As an important evaluation indexforindividual career development, the career maturity has become one of the variables iswidely researchin recent years.At present, the college students’ career maturity is still in amedium level.For career maturity and influence factors of research, not only for the collegestudents to provide theoretical reference, can also help the development of occupationalpsychology in China.Based on the collation and analysis of the existing literature,we investigate collegestudents’ career maturity and influence factors include resilience, employment competence,self-efficacyof professional decision. We find out the current situation of college students’career maturity and the current situation of these influence factors. we analysis thedifference of college students’ professionalmaturity, from the demographic variables suchas gender,grade.Then we research these influence factors how to affecting college students’careermaturity.The conclusions of the study are as follows:1.The development level of the college student ’ career maturity is inthe middletoupperlevel.2. Different gender, grade, subject, type of school, the origin of familyof the collegestudents’ career maturity score does not exist significant differences.There is extremelysignificant difference in college students’career maturity in whether the college student isstudent leaders or not,andstudent leaders are superior to non-leaders.There is extremelysignificant difference in college students’career maturity inwhether have part-timeexperience or not,andpart-timeexperience of college students’ professional maturity score issignificantly higher than students without part-time experience.3. there were significant positivelycorrelation betweenCollege students’resilience,employment competence, self-efficacyof professional decision and careermaturity.4. resilience can directly affect the career maturity, it can also affect careermaturityindirectly by the mediating variables of self-efficacyof professional decision.Collegestudents’ self-efficacy of professional decision have partial mediating effects betweenresilience and career maturity.employment competence can directly affect the careermaturity, it can also affect careermaturity indirectly by the mediating variables ofself-efficacyof professional decision.College students’ self-efficacyof professional decisionhave partial mediating effects between employment competenceand careermaturity.
