A Study On The Sound Training

This paper attempts to be operable and acceptable by readers, and select by category all the Shengxun out of from "Chapter-" and "Chapter齿"in the Shuowen Jiezi, mainly via pronunciation and meaning。Based on those Character numbers which maybe Shengxun which given by my teacher Cai Yingjie, looked up the dictionaries, read the classic books and achievements of contemporary scholars, my opinions come out.The paper is divided into four parts, the introduction, styles of Shengxu, functions of Shengxun and summary.Introduction section includes:the meaning and value of Shengxun, research methods and specific steps, of course, the study of history is also essential.Styles of Shengxu include a homemade table which reflect clear that how much styles, and how many Characters under each style, based on the data in this table, we can derive and predicate the number of Shengxun in this whole dictionary of Shuowen JieziShengxun functions is the main feature of this paper. This part divides into two chapters. Under the standards of cognates and Origin, there are my practical operation, to identify which are Shengxun and which are not, which are the Origin of Shengxun and which are the Cognates of Shengxun.Finally, the concluding section. Under the precondition of pronunciation and meaning, there are about1648.27Shengxun.
