Currently, how to reduce the turnover intention level and retain existing staff has become the most important human resource management issue for Chinese software outsourcing enterprises.On the basis of foreign and internal researches, this study selected368technical emloyees of large software outsourcing enterprises in China as the study object. Inorder to explore the turnover intention of the software outsourcing technical emloyees, and conform the effect of job embeddedness and organizational commitment on turnover intention, this study used job embeddedness questionnaire, organizational commitment scale and turnover intention questionnaire to investigate. With the statistical software of SPSS16.0, research used of descriptive statistics, analysis of variance, correlation analysis, regression analysis to draw the following conclusions:(1) Software outsourcing technical emloyees’job embeddedness, organizational commitment and turnover intention were significant different in some demographic variables;(2) Software outsourcing technical emloyees’job embeddedness and turnover intention appeared in an obvious negative correlation; link-organization, fit-organization and sacrifice-organization negatively predicted turnover intention;(3) Software outsourcing technical emloyees’organizational commitment and turnover intention appeared in an obvious negative correlation; and affective commitment negatively predicted turnover intention;(4) Software outsourcing technical emloyees’job embeddedness and organizational commitment appeared in an obvious positive correlation; and link-organization, fit-organization and sacrifice-organization positively predicted organizational commitment;(5) Software outsourcing technical emloyees’organizational commitment played a partly intermediary role in the influence of job embeddedness on turnover intention, affective commitment partially mediated the influence of fit-organization and sacrifice-organization on turnover intention.
