With the rapid development of information technology, business and size of the software industry has also been a rapid expansion. Now, the software industry has played an important role in China’s economic development. Rapid development in the software industry at the same time, some drawbacks and bottlenecks are constantly exposed. Software development staff burnout and turnover intention has been high, which has seriously affected the healthy development of China’s software enterprises. So, it is a great significance to research the relationship between the staff burnout and turnover intention under the perspective of positive organizational behaviorThe research objectives and hypothesis are based on the comprehensive previous. In the specific research, the staffs of five software industry city which are more mature are selected as the research objects in the specific investigation, using the questionnaire survey method to collect data, with the correlation analysis, T-test, variance analysis and other statistical methods to data statistics. Finally, management recommendations are raised on the basis of survey, combined with the specific characteristics of China’s software enterprises and software development staff.The conclusions of this study are as follow:(1) There are significant negative correlations between mental capital and job burnout of the software development staffs, psychological capital have a significant predictor of job burnout.(2) There are significant negative correlations between job burnout and turnover intention of the software development staffs, job burnout have a significant predictor of turnover intention.(3) There are significant negative correlations between mental capital and turnover intention of the software development staffs, psychological capital have a significant predictor of turnover intention.(4)The psychological capital plays a regulatory role between the staff burnout and turnover intention.
