A Study On The Ethnography Of Guanzhong Village

"Cun Hui" is a folk festival activity that popular in the Han community of Shaanxi Guanzhong area. In general, the activities are organized by the whole village or town.Each village or town have a certain date for this activity, and the date will never the same between neighbors. So, when there begins the "Cun Hui" festival activity, tens of miles radius of the activities will As one falls, the interaction between people can be very close.This "Cun Hui" folk activity is carrying a rich folk art and folk culture. At the same time, it carried the development mode of Han community and other rich content. At present, there are few researches on "Cun Hui", especially in ethnology, anthropology and sociology perspective.This paper selected two villages in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi to do comparative research, namely Beizhang village and Guo village. At the same time, Beizhang village will be the main object, the process and contents of "Cun Hui" activities will be recorded in detail; there will be a deep description of the "Cun Hui" activities, culture and arts, then a social function analysis. At last, the essay will to explore the cultural inheritance pattern, analysis of "Cun Hui" the connotation and the preservation of the value, and it might play in urban management functions in talks about a few understanding.This paper is divided into three parts:introduction, body and conclusion.The first part is the first chapter:introduction. This part introduces the "Cun Hui" the origin and significance of research; Review of existing festivals research and existing county annals; This study is to solve the problem, the research content, method and innovation points etc..The second part:the body. This part is including the content of the second chapter to fifth chapter. It Contains:the "Cun Hui" ethnographic research, the origin and the development of the "Cun Hui", the folk art in "Cun Hui", and the modern understanding of "Cun Hui" function.The second chapter:introduces the history, the main means of livelihood and population status in Beizhang village; Similarities and differences records of the main content and the main process of the four "Cun Hui" in Beizhang village; Described in Guo village investigation; the comparative of the two Villages, and came to the conclusion that in Guanzhong area,"Cun Hui" activities are similar in form, but there are the specific contents of regional differences.The third chapter:analysis of the origin and development of Beizhang village; Through the investigation on the temples of Beizhang village, the livelihood of the villagers and local folk culture, come to the conclusion that "Cun Hui" is in the local effects of basic livelihood of the villagers, combined with the characteristics of Guanzhong folk and the temple fair, evolved from the folk custom activity. At the same time, to analysis the change of social development and the urbanization process in the Beizhang village of livelihoods, and the impact to "Cun Hui". In the process of urbanization development, folk culture is going to disappear.The fourth chapter:take the content of "Cun Hui" activity in Beizhang village as an example, presents to several folk art heritage and development situation. Such as: Folk steamed flower surface art; ancient theater by rallying architectural art; development of folk theatrical troupe, theater and art festivals and folklore.The fifth chapter:on the basis of the above chapter’s content, analysis the cognition and modern function of the "Cun Hui" activity, and render that to maintain and develop "Cun Hui" festival activity can create rooted soil for the national cultural heritage, and to provide reference and help for small cities and towns’management in the future.The third part, conclusion:Reaffirms the development trend of "Cun Hui" and Significance of retention and development of "Cun Hui"; then give out the retention and promotion plan."Cun Hui" festival activity is the carrier of folk art in Guanzhong area; it is a medium of cultural inheritance; it is the primary socialization, training group identity and cohesion, exposure to potential moral norms and to self build platform."Cun Hui" festival activity may play an important role in the development of rural urbanization of urban management.
