Mikel Dufrenne is one of the most representative phenomenology theorist who inherits Husserl’s phenomenology, but also avoids the shortcomings of Husserl’s phenomenology well, which understands the "phenomenon" from priori perspective. So Dufrenne pulls the research perspective from priori world to life world, he also become a nexus in phenomenological aesthetics and contemporary western aesthetics field.Dufrenne’s "aesthetic experience" theory is based on the full understanding of the issues related to the aesthetic objects and works of art, creators and appreciators and so on. This paper put theory of "aesthetic experience" as the main research content. Dufrenne is affected by the phenomenology in terms of acknowledging "emotion", bridging the gap between the subjective and objective, but his phenomenology theory is an innovation theory, which define "aesthetic experience" with "aesthetic object". Furthermore, he points out that the "aesthetic experience" is a dynamic formation process, including the materiality reflection stage, subjective expression stage and reflection stage. This process show that the "aesthetic experience" is actually a "perceptual experience" with a large subjectivity, its basic characteristics except with inter subjectivity and authenticity, the more important is that the source of this perception experience is "priori emotion". so to some extent, it can be said that Dufrenne’s thought is the inheritance of Kantian Aesthetics, and it also belongs to the tradition of Western metaphysics.
