Psychological contract and voice behavior are two variables that researchers are paying attention to. Psychological contract is an exchange relation which included bilateral sides:the employee and organization. The voice behavior is a constructional and active organizational citizenship behavior which is based on the employees’identification and commitment to the organizations. This paper took psychological contract and voice behavior as independent variable and dependent variable separately. I try to explore the relationship between them. Synchronously, I analyzed the mediate effect of organizational justice in the relationship between psychological contract and voice behavior.A sample of500employees in NanJing was tested with questionnaires. Spss and Amos were used to analyze the data, such as descriptive statistics, ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression analysis and the intermediary effect test.Based on the results, we test and verify the hypotheses. The results were showed as followed:(1) The employee had significant different sense of Psychological contract in different gender and different working years situation. The employee also had significant different sense of organizational justice in different age, monthly income and different gender leader. The voice behavior of employee had significant differences in different gender, age.(2) The employee existed a significant positive correlation between relational type of psychological contract and organizational justice, so as the balance type; but the transactional type of psychological contract has a negative correlation with organizational justice.(3) The employee existed a significant positive correlation between relational type of psychological contract and voice behavior, so as the balance type; but the transactional type of psychological contract has a negative correlation with voice behavior.(4) Psychological contract significantly predicted the voice behavior. The employees in relational type and balance type significantly predicted the suggestion. The organization in transactional type negatively influenced the voice behavior. The organization in balance type significantly predicted the voice behavior. (5) Organizational justice significantly predicted the voice behavior. The interpersonal justice significantly predicted the suggestion. The informational justice significantly predicted the admonish.(6) Organizational justice had a significant mediating effect between psychological contract and voice behavior. The interpersonal justice had a fully mediating effect between employees in relational type and suggestion. The interpersonal justice had a partly mediating effect between employees in balance type and suggestion. The informational justice had a partly mediating effect between organization in balance type and admonish.
