| In the Eleventh"Five-Year "Plan, the Government of Anhui Province focus their energy on sports fitness services. The social sports department in Colleges or Universities aims to train highly competent social sports workers and sports professionals, who are principally engaged in school education, community sports instruction, sports clubs and management work. Dancing sports activities in social sports professional contributes to meet people’s sports needs in life. Dancing sports activities entered the college in1990s and was popular among the students.Though the number of Dancing sports Majors is gradually increased in Anhui universities, there are also some inevitable flaws in Sport Dancing Course.In this paper, literature data method、research questionnaire、logical analysis and mathematical statistics methods have been used to analyze the status of Sports Dance Course in some AnHui Universities and to understand the factors and problems that existed in conducting sports dancing courses in AnHui province and put forward the solving measures.This give a good reference to us in reforming and improving the quality of the AnHui Dancing Course. The research shows that:1. There are six professional Colleges in which has Student Social Sports department in Anhui Province:Anhui Normal University、Huaibei Normal University、Huainan Normal College、 Huangshan College、Chaohu College and Chizhou College. But only5schools have sports Dancing courses:Anhui Normal University divided the courses into3kinds (the special course、the general elective course and compulsory courses)；Huainan Normal College and Chaohu College’s have special and elective course; Huangshan College only has elective course, Huaibei Normal University opened the general course.2. Anhui universities basically have uniform syllabus、teaching content and unity of materials in Social Sports Majors, but lack of flexibility teaching method and the practicality is not high.3. The teaching contents in Anhui universities social sports professional is very single outdated and the teaching methods is stereotypical and boring. Teaching theories and techniques hours ratio distributed unreasonably, the hours of techniques course is difficult for student to grasp the sports dance techniques.4.The evaluation in the assessment of Anhui Province:specializing in curriculum assessment usually consists of three parts:technical theoretical and the usual behavior. Technical assessment is mainly considered to get the summative assessment; compulsory courses and electives not set theoretical assessment, only have technical assessment.5.In most of Anhui universities, sports dancing venues and equipment is hard to meet the basic sports dance teaching. Most of the teaching grounds is borrow from aerobics room, gymnasium, stadium, etc. Because there is not enough space to meet student’s after-school learning, it greatly affect students’sports dance learning. The sound facilities are not advanced enough to bring visual enjoyment to students or to stimulate student interests in learning.6.The Anhui students in social sports majors is not enough in-depth understanding of emerging sports. Sports dancing have the dual natures of sport and art, such as fitness、 appreciation and social value. The studying of Dancing Sport course may widen the employment scope of the social sports majors students.7. The professional sports dancing teachers group in Anhui university social sports department is weak. Each school at most has3teachers teaching Dance Sport and fewer high-level professional sports dance teachers, many of who are converted to teaching Professor Dance Sport by learning later in their lives. They are generally for private lesson, having a low effective.8.The Anhui professional sports dancing teachers’teaching experience generally less than10years.Most of them are college assistant.The young blood let the sports dance classes have vitality, but lack of the experience of practical teaching,so social sports professional sports dancing exist many problems. Teachers’research capacity which can’t be effectively supported by scientific theories appears very weak.Facing these situation, this paper give some solutions to these problems such as changing teaching concept, teaching content;using proper teaching methods to improve teaching efficiency; improving assessment, evaluation and content; strengthening teacher group, improving teachers’ professional qualities;school leaders attach importance to it and government strengthen the policies support;cultivating students’interest and improving the self-learning ability;carrying colorful Dance Sport which can inspire school students to participate in the competition; strengthening media publicity to raise the degree of familiarity Dance Sport. |
