For1.0to2.0in the transition phase of the park, the upgrade path is to further strengthen the construction of public service platform to promote the extension of the park chain.2.0to3.0for the transition zone, the upgrade path is to strengthen cooperation with neighboring institutions, to accelerate the construction of innovation networks.3, Shanghai should upgrade themselves through creative design industrial park, drive the development of the Yangtze River Delta region creative design industrial park.
