With the popularization of quality-oriented education, children’s piano education hasbeen paid more and more attention by people. The piano teaching not only develop children’sability of imaginal thinking, but also develop ability of expressive and creative.So pianoteaching is important for children’s healthy development. So millions of children take part inthe troops of learning to play the piano. To a large extent, there is no doubt that it improvesthe great development of piano education. But still there are some problems to become better,such as, the obsolescence of the teaching materials, ignoring the characteristics of children inpiano teaching, the backward of teaching concept and so on.Although lots of scholars are absorbed in research and demonstration of teachingcontents and teaching methods of children’piano. But still lack systematization and rationality.This paper is mainly by means of analyzing of the current situation of children’s pianoteaching in our country to find out the problems and effect that the social factors and familyfactors have on children’s learning. According to the character of children’s physiology,mentality, I try to affer the reasonable suggestion about the problems in piano teaching. Thispaper will further show the problems about the use of teaching materials and it will show howto use teaching materials legitimately. To study these clearly, the children’s piano teachingwill become more and more scientific and reasonable. On the base of previous studyachievement, this paper proposes personal opinions more systematically and scientificallyabout the part of children’s teaching method and so on. Offering some theories used forreference to the practices on this area, to do this is just as to contribute a little contribution topromote the children’s piano education in our country.
