In order to meet the needs of social development, people pay more attention to the scientific and effective learning, thus various factors of learning are paid more and more attention, more and more research about emotional increase. Emotions on people’s mental health, life and work have an important role.’Heart tranquil is born, wisdom is true.’One of The Four Books in China, The Great Learning said, know how to stop, then to be stability and then to keep calm, keep calm and then carefully consider, finally to get harvest. In the cultivation of talents, people embodies some physiological characteristics as the knowledge receiver, educators also improved the education method. The working memory is an indispensable psychological and physiological mechanism of learning. Therefore, the rational regulation of emotion can expand the working memory span and improve the efficiency of learning. Working memory plays an irreplaceable role in people’s learning as a cognitive mechanism. It is an important condition while a person can complete the task. As the key point that the emotion priming effect on working memory, working memory span plays a vital role. The reasonable intervention for working memory span affects learning efficiency and knowledge acquirement of learners. The domestic and foreign research related to working memory has been mature, but the working memory span as targets to explore the affective priming effect on working memory is not perfect.This research use the random sampling method to select79college students as objects, explore the affective priming effect on working memory span. College students are the backbone of the future society, therefore, there is a realistic significance to actively promote the construction of learning society and promote the development of the society to perfect the theory of emotion and working memory,to improve the emotional management and working memory abilities.This research expects to regard types of emotional stimulis as the breakthrough point, through stimulateing positive and negative emotion of subjects, to investigate emotion function on working memory span. Let the learners and educators have a relatively accurate perception of affective priming, to provide a basis for the work of education and teaching.This study reviews emotion priming and working memory relevant theories. According to different type of emotional stimulus(image, voice, video), designed three experiments. This study regards the emotional valence (positive, negative) as independent variable for each experiment, using E-prime2.0surveying. Experiment1uses pictures as stimuli materials, after the positive and negative emotional images were displayed, subjects are required to complete verbal working memory span task and spatial working memory span task in turn. Experiment2uses voice as stimuli materials, after the positive and negative emotional voice were displayed, subjects are required to complete verbal working memory span task and spatial working memory span task in turn. Experiment3uses video as stimuli materials, after the positive and negative emotional video were displayed, subjects are required to complete verbal working memory span task and spatial working memory span task in turn. The results found, effects of different gender on spatial working memory span have significant difference; effects of different emotional valences on verbal working memory span have significant difference; effects of the different emotional stimuli materials on verbal and spatial working memory span have significant difference; interaction effects of emotional stimuli material and emotional valence on verbal responses is significant, interaction effects of emotional stimuli materials and gender on spatial response is significant.Through the data analysis and discussion of the experimental results, the main conclusions of the study as follows:(1)Men have more advantage in the solution of spatial working memory span task than women.(2)Priming effect of positive emotions are better than negative emotion.(3) As the emotional stimulation, priming effect of pictures is best of all.
