In our country, all kinds of natural disasters is rising rapidly since the1970s.The disasters wiping out tens of thousands of people and the psychological scarsbrought on by the disasters are huge. Zhouqu county happened a super-large debrisflow on August8,2010.The disaster killed tens of thousands of people’s livesinstantly and gave people a painful and unforgettable memory.The disaster took placetwo years later,the author investigated the survivors’ level of post-traumatic stressdisorder.And trying to restore the psychological trauma of post-traumatic stressdisorder patients through group psychology counseling.Thus,this article will providetheoretical and practical guidance for the treatment of PTSD.The investigation of high school students in disaster area shows that PTSDdetection rate remains as high as12.5%after traumatic event happened two yearslater. At the same time, the influencing factors of PTSD symptoms are affected by ageand gender and level exposure. Especially students who’d lost relatives had muchmore serious PTSD symptoms.It’s mainly because of the family members have adeep emotional involvement into students’life. The fact that suddenly lost loved oneshave changed the adolescents’ live environment and lost emotional attachment. At thispoint, if teenagers have not received professional help and care, then the PTSD willaccompany them for a long journey.The author used cognitive behavior modification technique and psychodramatechnique to treat patients with PTSD through group psychology counseling. Theresult shows that the function of cognitive behavior modification technique in thetreatment of PTSD is mainly manifested in the avoidance symptom, and the functionof psychodrama technique in the treatment of PTSD is mainly manifested in theavoidance symptom and reexperience symptom. Although there is no significantdifference between the cognitive group and psychodrama group after the grouppsychology counseling. But the avoidance symptom and reexperience symptom haveboth improved significantly by the psychodrama therapy, so the author considers thatthe psychodrama technique is better than the cognitive behavior modification technique in the treatment of PTSD patients.The author thinks that giving a safe, comfortable environment and a lot ofmental support for patients with PTSD is very important. Let they realize that they areunconditionally accepted completely and they can freely express their negativeemotions. Only in this way they can experience the love that the surrounding peoplegive to him and he will gradually get over the pain of heart and live a normal life...
