In order to explore the relationship between complex post-traumatic stress disorder(CPTSD)and ideal-reality self difference, this study used questionnaire method to measure the CPTSD ideal-reality self difference level of self-esteem and sense of control of 521 subjects, and established a chain mediation model through correlation analysis and regression analysis In addition, this study interfered with the ideal-reality self difference identity integration of 22 subjects by interfering with individual emotions and information processing methods, hoping to find a more effective way to treat CPTSD.In the first study,521 subjects were measured by the lifetime trauma experience questionnaire,self-esteem scale, sense of control questionnaire, international trauma questionnaire,ideal-reality self difference questionnaire, and a chain mediation model was established. The results showed that :(1)there was a pairwise correlation between ideal-reality self difference and sense of self-esteem control(2)ideal-realistic self difference had a significant predictive effect on CPTSD;(3)ideal-realistic self difference played a role in CPTSD through self-esteem;(4)ideal-realistic self difference played a role in CPTSD through perceived control;(5)ideal-realistic self difference predicted CPTSD through the chain mediating effect of self-esteem and perceived controlIn study 2,the subjects were organized to have a course study, and then they were asked to recall their positive experiences in the process of pursuing ideal self and complete the writing task. Then they were asked to complete the task of filling in the epistatic concept of words. The two tasks hope to intervene the emotional and cognitive processing styles of the subjects respectively,so as to transform the local information processing style into the overall information processing style,so as to improve the identity integration degree of the subjects’ ideal self and realistic self. The results showed that: through the intervention of this study, there was no significant change in ideal-reality self difference, compared with the control group, the trauma level of the experimental group did not change significantly. This study draws the following conclusions:(1)The greater the ideal-reality self difference, the more likely an individual is to experience a stronger CPTSD levelIndividuals with higher ideal-reality self difference tend to have lower self-esteem control, and such individuals are more likely to form CPTSD.(3)For individuals with CPTSD,the effect of intervention on identity integration of ideal-reality self difference is not obvious, which may be caused by insufficient intervention time and other reasons.New intervention methods can be explored. |
