A Semantic And Pragmatic Study On The Words Of "Diet" In Chinese As A Foreign Language And The Teaching Strategies

There is a long history of the diet culture in china, the diet-words that contain theculture appeared very early, the linguists have concerned them and have made a lot ofachievements. Otherwise, concerned the achievements, there is only few people maderesearch on the using of New HSK diet-words in any books that teaching of Chineseas a foreign language and based on the New HSK. In this paper, the writer paysattention to the diet-words in New HSK, and try to analyse them from the quantity、property、structure、and meaning, then investigates and analyses the using of NewHSK diet-words in Boya Chinese, in the end, discusses on how to teach the New HSKdiet-words in the process of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. This paper ismainly divided into five parts:The first part, introduction, introduces the motivation of choosing this topic, theresearch subject, the current research status on the diet-words, the research methodsand the corpus source.The second part, explains the construction and cultural connotation of Chinesediet-words, analyses the number, property and structure of diet-words in New HSK.The third part, first, investigates the meaning and emotional meaning ofdiet-words in New HSK, and then analyze the meaning of them in Boya Chinese toget the using of diet-words.The fourth part, discusses the teaching strategies of diet-words for Chinese as aforeign language.The fifth part, summarizes the whole article.
