"Lonely Journey" Creation Report

The lonely journey is produced during seven days in Weiyao village, Lvdian town, Yichuan county, Luoyang City, Henan province. By telling the story of a five-year-old girl who will be in the elementary school soon, this documentary presents the living conditions of the people without residence registration and the narrow channels of getting rid of this identity.This documentary from shooting early theme choice to film clips of post-production, I are involved. At the early stage of the film, the first thing is the theme determined, after processing is the documentary style localization and the rhythm. In the process of filming, I and every senior in-depth communication, determine the style of photography, chose the shooting scene. Of course, and the hero to communicate, so that the documentary photography to achieve the best effect. Late in the shooting, editing approach is crucial, including lens trade-offs, and rhythm and the arrangement of the structure, the use of the background music is also consistent with the documentary style.During the process of making the film, I mainly hold the post of the director and the photographer. The director is the important creator of the documentary and the soul of the crew, and needs to have a overall grasp of the documentary. This is the first time I deeply photograph and I experience and learn a lot from the documentary. There is some shortages existing, but they will be my precious experience in my creating career. I will state this paper from three aspects of directing, photographing, and creating.
