Wang Bao was a famous poet in the north, who was "caged in a generation".Clear and forceful are two kinds of styles of his works. It’s not only generous and sad like Jianan poetry, but also have the Southern Dynastypoetry ‘s stlye, like bright colours, fluent phonology and rich allusion. Wang Bao and Yu Xin are equally famous for each other. Southern and Northern’s literature are gradually blend, with Wang Bao and other poets joint efforts. These formed an example fou the poety of the Tangdynasty.This paper is divided into four sections.The first chapter focuses on Wang Bao’s family tradtion and official experience before he go to the North. At the same time, analyzing the influence ofthe Wang family’s life habits to Wang Bao. Analyzing the relationgship between Wang Bao and the literary circle to Xiao’s family as the center. Analyzing contion and condition for Wang Bao before he into North.The second chapter mainly analyzes Wang Bao’s official experience and communication after entering in the Northern Dynasties. Wang Bao was accepted by the North, which makes his life in the North gone well. During the period, Wang Bao joined the Linzhi palace, which was important for Wang Bao and made him can communicate with both north and south’s poets. All these created conditions for Wang Bao for his creation in the following days.The third chapter mainly analysis Wang Bao’s prose creation after he go into the north. Firstly, analyzes the changes of Wang Bao’s poetry in the number and content. On this basis, analyzes the emotion of his poems caused by far away form home, sighing life is short, living in seclusion and so on. In particular, pick the image of "horse",which was added new meaning. Combined with Wang Bao’s experience to analyzehis emotional experience.The fourth chapter analyze Wang how to integrate into the North and with what effect. Wang Bao’s own fusion and the integration with the Northern Zhou’s are good for exert an influence to them. On the one hand,Wang Bao’s poetry has a style of Jian An poetry, which fit the "retro" slogan and the tradition of paying attention to thereality. On the other hand, on the basis of merging, Wang Bao was accepted by the North Zhou with his style of Qing Li and smoothly. Wang Bao was good at using allusions, and especially allusion of the Han Dynasty. This aiso have influence on Zhou. All of these are the influence to the literature exchange between the North and the South’s contribution. Finally, analyze the influence for the new paradigm of Tang Poetry.
