The Practical Philosophical Dimension Of Searle 's "Intentionality" Theory

The theory of intentionaity is an important part the of philosophy of Searle, which affects many fields, such as the philosophy of mind, the philosophy of language,science of cognitive and artificial intelligence,etc. In the position of "biological naturalism", Searle ascribes intentionality to a feature of consciousness, and he thinks that the meaning of the language is a derivative of intentionality, so the philosophy of language is a branch of the philosophy of mind.
