Marx condemned the capitalism as ‘unjust’; its essence was a moral indictment. Construction of Marx’s justice thought had gone through three stages of germination, development and maturation. It also experienced three stages of criticism, absorption and criticism, and eventually formed his own independent justice thought. Therefore, Marx’s justice thought was to a great extent transformed from Aristotle’s, the Justice thought originated from Aristotle.The main research content was based on the theory of justice as research perspective, exploring the inheritable relationship of Aristotle’s and Marx’s thoughts. Enlightment of Aristotle’s justice theory on Marx’s to expand, with emphasis on Marx’s criticism and fusion for Aristotle’s, and then it was verified that Aristotle’s justice thought was the embryonic form of Marx’s. This thesis was mainly divided into three chapters. In Chapter One, the definition, purpose and practice of Aristotle’s justice theory was analyzed. Chapter Two described construction of Marx’s justice thought had gone through three stages of germination, development and maturation. It also experienced three stages of criticism, absorption and criticism, and eventually formed his own independent justice thought. The main content of Marx’s justice theory was elaborated from three aspects of politician, economy and morality.Justice could not be achieved in the Slavery Society which crushed humanity to the extreme. Marx’s justice theory strived to explain through liberation human could build a truly just society—communistic society.
