After the Second World War, in Japan, the national economy has made a rapid recovery and development with their advanced management mode -- the unique "Japanese style" management of enterprise culture, and Japanese economy even threatened to USA which country has great economic power. Since the theory of enterprise culture begins in 1970s, the cultural construction of enterprises in Japan have attracted much attention, many management scholars and entrepreneurs believe that the unique enterprise culture is an important part of the indispensable strong competitiveness, more and more people began to ponder the Japanese enterprise culture.Based on previous studies, I refine the village culture, Confucian culture, Buddhism and Shinto culture four representative ethnic culture from Japanese traditional culture. In this paper, I analyze the fundamental impact of national culture on enterprise culture of Japan in the system and the concept. The author thinks that if we want to fully understand the Japanese enterprise competitiveness, in order to find the experience and reference approach for China enterprise culture construction, the only way is to dig deep cultural roots behind the Japanese enterprise culture.
