The Documentary "Lonely Journey" Clips Elaborate The Report

This documentary, The Lonely Journey, was produced during seven days in Weiyao village, Lvdian town, Yichuan county, Luoyang city, Henan province in October,2014. By presenting the special living conditions of the family of Baoge, a girl without residence registration, and the narrow channels of getting rid of this embarrassing identity, it aims to arouse the society’s attention and concern to the special group without residence registration, and at the same time we are hoping that the government can improve relevant policies formulated specifically for them.For this documentary, from the selecting of the theme before the early shooting to the editing of the post-production, I was always involved. During the process of making the film, I mainly hold the post of the scriptwriter and the editor. This is the first film I deeply know the editing and am involved in the whole editing process, which makes me have a better learning of the editing. Editing is a comprehensive challenge for one’s thinking, perceiving, hand-speeding, and also an integrated training for one.This paper states the creation of the documentary from the editing.
