Based on the studies of adolescents’ affective quality and youths’ affective quality, the feeling of dedication is one of the affective quality which is made an intensive study in this study. The feeling of dedication is the affect that pay for the society and ask for nothing in return. The development of college students’ feeling of dedication contributes to establish a good interpersonal relationship, promote the construction of the college students’ spiritual civilization, and build a harmonious society. Meanwhile, the state and the society attaches great importance to the cultivation of the feeling of dedication, taking contributions to society as one of the main content of the citizen ethics. However, the investigations showed that the college students’ feeling of dedication was at a low level, and the studies of the dedication feeling were in a sporadic stage. Therefore, the intense researches of the college students’ feeling of dedication not only enrich the study of youths’ affective quality,but also provide empirical supports for cultivating college students’ feeling of dedication.This study used the methods of literature data, open questionnaire surveys and structured interviews to produce the college students’ feeling of dedication questionnaire and the influencing factors questionnaire of the college students’ feeling of dedication, using biofeedback instrumentation to provide evidence for the college students’ feeling of dedication questionnaire, and using the self-made questionnaire to investigate the college students’ feeling of dedication and influencing factors, using the interventional plan to training college students’ feeling of dedication.In this study, the conclusions are as following:(1) The college students’ feeling of dedication questionnaire has good reliability and validity, it consists of three dimensions, namely the feeling of dedicating time, the feeling of dedicating labor and resources, the feeling of dedicating life.(2) The influencing factors questionnaire of the college students’ feeling of dedication has good reliability and validity, it consists of four dimensions, namely school factors, personal factors, family factors and social factors.(3) In this experiment, the materials of the experiment can cause the feeling of dedication in a certain extent, using the biofeedback instrumentation to get the physiological indexes to verify the validity of college students’ feeling of dedication questionnaire.(4) In generally, college students’ feeling of dedication is positive, but it needs to improve. Freshman students’ feeling of dedication is much higher than sophomore junior and senior students’; student cadres’ feeling of dedication is much higher than the non-student cadres’.(5) School factors, personal factors, family factors and social factors are the important factors that affect college students’ feeling of dedication.(6) The interventional plan of cognitive deepening and the emotional experience can improve college students’ feeling of dedication in a certain extent effectively.
