This paper takes the primary stage of comprehensive textbook "development Chinese"(Second Edition) and "new practical Chinese Reader" this two textbooks as the object of study, the main use of statistics and comparative analysis method for these two sets of textbooks in Chinese characters teaching content arrangement, vocabulary quantity distribution and features and distribution of the reasons for the differences, exercise write Chinese characters investigation.
