On Althusser 's Ideology Theory

Ideological theory is the core content of Althusser’s theory. He affirmed the theory of the relationship that economic base determines the superstructure in historical materialism of Marx, he did not limit to study the relationship between them, but shifted his research focus to the ideology in superstrcture, and put forward the important thought, called ideology state apparatus which supplied Marxist state theory. After he assimilated the Gramsci’s core idea of his cultural leadership theory, he made a further study on the significance of striving for the leadership of ideology. In addition, because of influenced by Freud and Laca’s psychoanalysis theory, he put forward his unique theory on the subject construction. This article make a further study about the ideology theory of Althusser’s and find out the deep theoretical connotation and value through looking at the origin of thought and the theoretical background of ideology theory, which can make a contribution to the ideology construction of our country.
