Research On Althusser's Theory Of Ideology

Althusser made a critical analysis of ideology in POUR MARX,trying hard to defend the scientificity of Marxist philosophy.Through self-criticism and the reflection of the movement of "May storm",he proposed a new concept of the Ideological State Apparatuses and began to face up the problems of ideology.From the change of Althusser's early and late research perspective,we can find that there are two paradigms of his understanding of ideological theory,in early period,he held a critical attitude to ideology,in the later period,he took ideology as a research theme and tried to theorize and scientize ideology.By analyzing these two different paradigms,either in "Theoretical anti-humanitarianism" he took out in early period or in the pursuit of building ideology science in later period,we can find that Althusser never got rid of theorism tendencies.Althusser's ideology theory has opened up the new field of micropolitics of Western Marxism.Through distinguishing these two paradigms,we realize that only grasping the positive function of ideology in theory can we use ideology theory to guide our behavior in political practice.Distinguishing these two paradigms in theory has important practical significance for our country ideology security.
