This paper is a total study about the bamboo slips " Sande " from the fifth volumes of "Chu bamboo slips collected in Shanghai Museum" which publicated in 2005. "Sande" mainly discusses the relationship between Heaven and Human, that the Heaven is seemed as constraints on the ruler’s behavior, is the extremely precious research materials on the history of ideas pre Qin. "Sande" has important academic value.This thesis is divided into two parts, Part One is the explaination of "Sande", Part Two is the comprehensive study of "Sande".Part One is the systematic explaination of the 23 slips of "Sande", based on the original annotation by Mr. Li Ling, while referenced the opinions from other experts such as Chen Jian, Cao Feng, Scott Cook, Li Rui.The stylistic rules and layout, divided four parts: the text, the translation,the notes,the explaination. On the Liding and interpretation of the difficult items, try to use all the knowledge to explain, strive for getting new insights.In addition, also do a study on some important content.Part Two is a comprehensive study of the contents of "Sande".Chapter one is the study of the thought about the Telepathy between Heaven and Human in "Sande".The Concept of the Heaven in "Sande" is ancient,and the telepathy between heaven and human is very direct and simple. The "heaven" in "Sande" is pronounced as a Personal God who rules the world, as God.The thought of "Sande" is very similar with "the book of songs" and "Classic of Documents", and the discussion about the calamity also shows that the thoughts about calamity of Gongyang school had already exist in the period of "Sande".Chapter two is the discussion of the school attribute of "Sande". "Sande" is similar with both "Huangdisijing" and "Classic of Documents", that made the researchers have two different opinions about the school attributes of "Sande". It seems that we shouldn’t classify "Sande" as any school’s literature. In view of the characteristic of "Sande",it could be regarded as a literature from the Eclectics.Chapter three is a comparison of "Sande" and the origin of its name as the "Da Dai Li Ji Four generation".The concepts of "Sande" in the two literatures are different, so “Sande”is not a very good summary of the content..In a word, "Sande" shows the Telepathy between Heaven and Human in the period before Qin,which heaven is the dominator. It’s an important literature in the study of the ideological relations before Qin. Because of the limit of personal ability, this paper is only a preliminary study on "Sande".A lot of questions needs to be discussed, an in-depth discussion is also needed.It’s waiting for a further study.
