In recent years,with the vigorous development of sports dance in China,the demand for sports dance teachers has become higher and higher.Especially in colleges and universities,this is a place where talents are cultivated,and sports dance teachers play a crucial role.Therefore,the theoretical research on the professional development of college sports dance teachers is particularly important.To enrich the theory and fill in this gap,the development of sports dance professional theory is diversified and high-efficiency,so as to better build a scientific and reasonable theoretical system,and provide theoretical basis for the future development direction of sports dance teachers in Hunan Province.reference.This article conducts a comprehensive investigation on the professional development of college sports dance teachers in Hunan Province through the use of literature materials,questionnaires,interviews,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis,mainly from the basic conditions and professional knowledge of sports dance teachers.The professional ability and professional affection began to be discussed in several aspects,and then analyzed and summarized the main factors affecting the professional development of sports dance teachers in colleges and universities in Hunan Province,so as to propose effective countermeasures.Research indicates:1.Among the college sports dance teachers in Hunan Province,82.6% of the sports dance teachers are between the ages of 30 and 40,and there are slightly more female teachers than male teachers;their academic qualifications are mainly graduate students,and they have not been found for the time being.PhD degree teachers,the rest are undergraduate degrees.In terms of professional titles,because teachers are relatively young,there are not many professors and associate professors,and most of them are lecturers.Of course,the teaching age of sports dance is mainly concentrated in this stage of 5-15 years.The sports dance teachers have a relatively high level of mastery of terminology,familiarity with the rules of the game,and musical literacy.However,they can strengthen and consolidate cultural etiquette,dance composition,and movement techniques.In terms of professional ability,they mainly consist of four aspects.To start,the overall situation is better teaching ability and training ability,and scientific research ability and innovation ability must be emphasized and cultivated;in terms of professional affection,the surveyed sports dance teachers have higher professional ideals and professional self,in In terms of professional sentiment,teachers with a little bit of intellectual sentiment and moral sentiment are inadequate,but the level of aesthetic sentiment is generally high.2.Through data compilation and comprehensive analysis,the main factors influencing the professional development of sports dance teachers in colleges and universities in Hunan Province are the impact of sports dance teacher's target cognition,the influence of sports dance teachers' own professional foundation,and the influence of sports dance teachers' teaching tasks.The influence of post-education in sports dance,the influence of the strength of sports dance teachers and the influence of sports dance teaching environment.3.According to the above influencing factors,the following countermeasures are proposed to promote the professional development of sports dance teachers in colleges and universities in Hunan Province: To formulate self-development plans,clarify professional development goals,improve scientific research capabilities,promote teaching and scientific research,allocate teaching tasks,and adjust The strength of sports dance teachers,setting up a learning platform,strengthening the post-service training of sports dance teachers,strengthening the construction of sports dance teachers,strengthening the strength of teachers,strengthening the construction of sports dance teaching conditions,and optimizing the teaching environment.
