RuanYuan was born in 1764 and died in 1849,His style name, also known as courtesy name, was Boyuan. He also may be known by the pseudonym(hao), Yuntai or Leitang Anzhu, in his later years, also called Yixing Laoren. He is the people of Yizheng in Jiangsu province. In fifty-four years of Qianlong, he become a jinshi. He served as the Board of Rites, the Ministry of War, the Ministry, and Industry assistant minister, Shandong, Zhejiang Jiangxue Zheng, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Henan governor and canal governor, Yunnan, Guizhou Governor and other staff. He experienced Qianlong,Jiaqing,Daoguang three dynasties.He was named as grand secretary and tutor. He is a writer, inscribed home, thinkers, in the classics, history, mathematics, day count, geography, compilation, stone, collate, etc. all have very high attainments. Yuanyuan has been termed three dynasties Gelao, nine provinces Jiang Chen,and one whose writings are modelled after.Ruan Yuan in 1810 to 1812(Jiaqing fifteen years to seventeen years) presided over the compilation of the "draft" Rulin biography. This book discusses the academic background complex, rich in content, spread widely influenced the later Qing Dynasty, many academic works, it is not only rich in content, more will Ruanyuan thought essence clever infused into them, is discussed in the academic history of Qing Dynasty typical meaning, but it had some light is in the transformation of modern knowledge and the system slowly dim go on, until forgotten by the people in the vast sea of books. This paper mainly studies the Ruan Yuan in "Rulin biography" in the draft compilation process in how to put his ideas into the high-pressure environment of compiling national history work, and analyses the academic thought.There are six parts in this paper. Based on the " Rulin Biography draft" simple research, the article through analysis of writing process, academic discussion and political influence of " Rulin Biography draft", for exploring its meaning.
