This study takes two of the recruitment websites(Zhi Lian recruitment net and 58 city recru itment net) as the research object. According to the different cognitive style of the users to compl ete the job search tasks, it uses the eye-movement apparatus and questionnaire survey to explore users’ experience(visual experiencefunctional experienceemotional experience). Firstly, this stud y will need gathering eye-movement index to analyze users’ visual experience and functional ex perience. Secondly, this study will analyze users’ emotional experience according to the question naire. In the end, this study will present the reasonable suggestion to promote users’ experience by the recruitment websites.This study mainly uses some methods as follows:(1) Documentary analysis method. The relative studies which are about the users’ experience of recruitment websites are limited in China. On the basis of fully gathering the documentary studies about the websites’ usability testing and eye-movement thesis and technology,we make the study about the main trend and the new achievement of this field. From a certain extent and angle, we master the relative thesis and structure of this field. In addition, through the analysis of existing document, we learn the different cognitive style user’s feature and user’s experience.(2)Experimental research method. This will use the eye-movement tracing system to gather the data so to analyze. And according to the index value of the different cognitive users in the process of operation, it will provide the more intuitive and completing eye-movement index for the study of users’ visual difference in the different cognitive style.(3)Questionnaire survey method. After the subject completes the task of searching the position by the eye-movement apparatus. It will use the questionnaire to analyze the users’ emotional experience to the two recruitment websites.This page mainly needs to finish some tasks as follow:(1) The different cognitive(field dependence and field independence model) users’ need to apply(1) The different cognitive(field dependence and field independence model) users’ need to apply picture- model net(Zhi Lian recruitment net) and word-model net(58 city net) to complete the tasks of exploring as to get the visual experience difference. It will analyze by the eye-movement index such as blink frequency、watching frequency、 scanning frequency and so on.(2) The users will use the Zhi Lian recruitment net and 58 city recruitment net to explore the syst em, as to get the efficiency difference and analyze the users’ functional experience.(3) According to users’ questionnaire feedback and the data of the eye-movement, it will analyzeusers’ all kinds of subjective emotional experience and users’ satisfaction after using the two of recruitment websites.(4) According to the situation of using the two websites’ to get the visual experience、functional experience and emotional experience and integrating literature and websites’ designin g, it will present the reasonable suggestion to promote users’ experience by the recruitment webs ites.In the end, this study will get the conclusion.(1)In the aspect of vision, the blinking frequency of the zhilian recruitment website is more than the 58 tongcheng recruitment website. The gazing frequency of the zhilian recruitment website is less than the 58 tongcheng recruitment website. And the pupil’s diameter of the 58 tongcheng recruitment website is more than the zhilian recruitment website.(2)In the aspect of functional experience, the lasting time of the zhilian recruitment website is more than the 58 tongcheng recruitment website. Thus the zhilian recruitment website is better than the 58 tongcheng recruitment website in this way.(3)In the aspect of emotional experience, the 58 tongcheng recruitment website is better than the zhilian recruitment website. The field independence people get the more scores than the field dependence people. The field dependence people get more scores in the 58 tongcheng recruitment website than the zhilian recruitment website of the emotional experience.(4)We should strongly enhance the user’s experience of the recruitment website and make it get improvement in the stage of attraction、application and feedback.
