The main conclusions of this study are the following:Conclusion one:Interface design, interaction and emotional awareness are the characteristics of factors which affecting the user experience of the websites. The user experience=-3.357E-6+1.864emotional perception+0.936interaction+0.775interface design+0.358Information architecture. Emotional perception has the greatest influence on the user experience, and then in turn, interactive operation, interface design and information construction also affect it. So it is visible to say that the user experience has a strong subjectivity, and to some extent it is the feelings of the web site due to the user psychological. This kind of psychological feeling is generated by the interaction of the user and the websites. Conclusion two:The emotional awareness plays an intermediary role between interface design, interaction, information architecture and the user experience. That is, the higher of interface design, interaction and information architecture, the grater of emotional awareness and the user experience also will be improved. Beautiful interface design, high quality of the construction and the smooth interaction are the fundamental to high quality user experience. They can be first noticed when users browse the websites. If they are qualified, the user can produce higher levels of emotional awareness, thus to enhance the user experience of web satisfaction. Conclusion three:In background control variables, we can find that site use frequency and generating content significantly impact on the user experience while demographic characteristics has little effect on it. This shows that the active users often have higher evaluation on the user experience of websites, while the inactivity users show lower evaluation on it. For cognitive experience, different users are roughly the same. Also, different background of users can be barrier-free.
