| In recent years,with the rapid development of Latin dance programs in China,both the number of students and the demand for teachers are increasing in recent years,and some colleges and universities have also successively opened Latin dance project.However,in the current development of Latin dance project,most of the research focuses on the project itself,less focus on the teaching group engaged in the project,ignoring the important role of an excellent Latin dance teacher in the development of Latin dance project.Based on the above ideas,this paper selects Latin dance teachers as the research object,and studies the construction of professional quality index system of Latin dance teachers.The purpose is to build the professional quality index system of Latin dance teachers in Colleges and universities,improve the professional quality level of Latin dance teachers in Colleges and universities,and promote the better popularization and development of Latin dance projects in Colleges and universities as a whole.In the process of research,we need to consult a large number of literature as theoretical support.In this paper,a large number of doctoral theses with reference value,authoritative Monographs on Teachers’ professional quality,experts and teachers who consult Latin dance projects are consulted successively,and the basic framework of index system is constructed after preliminary arrangement.Secondly,the index architecture is tested by factor analysis to determine whether the selection of common factors is reasonable.Finally by experts to determine the indicators at various levels are compared,and important degree of two specific parts value index weight distribution,and to understand the influence about main component of Latin dance teacher’s special field accomplishment of colleges and the secondary components,to construct the index system of the Latin dance teacher’s special field accomplishment has a certain reference value,whole promoting the development of the Latin dance project better popularization.Both of all,this paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,Delphi,expert interview and mathematical statistics to select and determine the indicators of the professional quality index system of Latin dance teachers in colleges and universities,and determines 4 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 57 third-level indicators.By means of factor analysis,the structure of the index to be determined is tested.Finally,the weight value of each index is determined by pairwise comparison of the analytic hierarchy process(ahp).The conclusion of the study indicates that:1.The professional quality index system of Latin dance teachers in Colleges is divided into four dimensions: professional concept,teacher ethics,professional knowledge,professional ability and physical and mental quality.2.The professional quality index system of Latin dance teachers in Colleges should include 4 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 57 third-level indicators;3.The index system of Latin Dance Teachers in Colleges’ professional quality after the factor analysis structure test is more scientific,and will have practical significance in the follow-up index evaluation.4.The professional quality index system of Latin dance teachers can be divided into four levels by using AHP.5.The weight value of professional quality of Latin dance teachers in Colleges determined by hierarchical analysis is relatively objective.The weight value of professional competence of Latin dance teachers is the highest,accounting for 37.9%,the weight value of professional knowledge accounts for 33.8%,the weight weight of physical and mental quality accounts for 20.4%,and the weight of professional concept and teacher ethics accounts for7%.6.Determine the main and secondary components of the professional quality indicators of Latin dance teachers in Colleges and universities.Professional ability and professional knowledge have a great impact on students.In practice,Latin dance teachers in Colleges and universities should focus on improving their teaching ability and special skills,as well as their professional knowledge and teaching knowledge,so as to promote the overall development of Latin Dance Teachers’ professional quality on the whole. |
