Amateur vocal music teaching as a carrier new urban culture, its size and the overall impact of urban culture is disproportionate cultural industry from the perspective of its inputs and outputs are also disproportionate. For decades, the face of this dilemma, the authority and the experts are seeking to solve the multi-way- Grading, major universities, independent recruitment system and so many means but little effect.In the field of professional music, discussions on more vocal teaching content and methods of teaching, and in recent years as an amateur vocal teaching levels rising, there is a trend towards convergence of these discussions, the growing tendency to specialization,academic technology. Due to explore scientific and normative research a variety of factors,teaching content, teaching methods is simply an amateur vocal music teaching is a priority,but we should put this fundamental and urgent to define in the context of professional vocal music teaching.
