Five generations the two Song Dynasties is an important period of change,Chinese painting history. The development of ink painting in this period, the rise of Chinese landscape painting and flower and bird painting, literati painting of the rise,the establishment of the imperial art academy, reflect the folk commercial and civic life genre painting appeared in large numbers, the paintings by the emphasis on the description of the object to the conscious performance of inner feelings, reflect the development and variation the field of painting in this period. Li Gonglin as an important representative of the Northern Song Dynasty painter, his landscape painting,can reflect the aesthetic thoughts of the Northern Song Dynasty painting and the literati tendency.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part of the formation of the background from the era background, family background, and the friendship between men of letters and the influence of stone archaeological atmosphere of several aspects of this analysis of Li Gonglin landscape painting language; the second part through the analysis of several of Li Gonglin’s works of landscape painting pen and ink language, analysis of Li Gonglin landscape painting language style fresh, clean and elegant, warm and vast picture contains the poetic beauty of Zen; the third part analyzes the humanistic spirit of Li Gonglin landscape painting language, to express their inner feelings tend to be more subjective, the pursuit of simple, quiet aesthetic feelings of inspiration and innovation; the fourth part of Li Gonglin landscape painting language to our contemporary landscape painting creation.
