The lost and heritage of Chinese traditional culture has arouse the popular attention of people from all part. The cultural globalization has been strengthen among the increasing of economic globalization.For the heritage and development of traditional culture, school plays an important role and makes a huge influence, especially the 11 th five-year plan National cultural development plan outline has been promulgated and implement since 2006. Inheriting traditional culture education function has become an important task by the all departments of education ministry.“Traditional culture into campus " activity produced under this modern and historic background. It is based on the local culture, consisted on campus space. Its main characteristics were teaching curriculum. It constructed and cultivated in many kinds of school activities and its values can be approved and admitted by school members.Especially for the inheritance of Chinese traditional culture, " Traditional culture into campus " activity is not a kind of independent and short-term activity but like an important carrier and media. In this process, how to promote the inheritance of traditional culture. How to effective implement fundamental education, it is relay to the all departments of education ministry referring and intervention. Based on this background, the author select the research sample of the famous school, the Primary School Affiliated to Kunming Teachers’ College which has in one hundred historical experiences. And focus on how to contact the school context perspectives, how to use the government function and how to promote the development the school traditional culture and heritage it.
