The Study On Hengshui Culture Building Based On Beautiful And Livable Countryside Initiative

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Beautiful and Livable Countryside Initiative creates a favorable condition for the development of rural culture.During the 19 th CPC National Congress,the beautiful and livable countryside initiative had been came up with the Rural Revitalization Strategy,and the vitalization was increased.With this initiative,Hengshui has seen a synchronized development in its culture and society.This has laid a solid foundation for the formation and further development of a new and beautiful rural culture.Based on Hengshui's reality,the author carries out a systematic research on its rural culture with qualitative and quantitative methods.First of all,she briefs on and defines related concepts.She also introduces theories on rural culture ecosystem,countryside-oriented development and P-S-R-based assessment of sustainable development as the basis for P-S-R model construction.Then,she talks about the cultural achievement Hengshui has made and the status quo of its cultural development and gives several classic examples of its culture-building activities.Next,she elaborates on problems of imbalanced culture-building projects,“constructive” destruction of rural culture,insufficient growth potential and immature supporting policy system.After that,she points out the root of the unbalanced rural culture ecosystem from the perspective of the background,function,communication and supporting systems of the rural culture.What's more,combining the philosophy of sustainable development of the rural culture,she builds a sustainable development model on the beautiful rural cultural industries.On that basis,she further explores the goals of achieving a balanced development of the sub-systems of rural culture and a sustainable development of rural cultural industries.
