Animation industry as the most development potential industry of the21st century, has been praised by all countries. In recent years, under the government’s support and the support of national policy, the development of animation film industry in China by leaps and bounds, on the yield and quality has made significant progress, has become the United States, Japan, South Korea after another "animation big country". The emergence of digital technology for the production of animated films provide a new train of thought and method, to speed up the development of the animation. At the same time, the animation industry competition is also increasingly fierce, the domestic animation film due to the old stories, creative enough and positioning are not allowed to wait for a problem and lost competitiveness.
