Fierce and much more prominent in the early qing dynasty, but as the stability of the qing dynasty and some measures took by successive rulers to alleviate han’s sphere, the former qing dynasty han contradicyions does not endanger the stability of the qing dynasty’rule. On the contrary, with the passage of time, people have used to the inequality between the han. But at the end of the 19 th century early 20 th century, the contradiction between the han gradually deepened. To cater to the needs of this age, the qing government adopted various measures, this article will be flat with the concrete measures of han’s sphere as the breakthrough point, with analysising the reasons and the effect of implementation, and making every effort to make a fair evaluation.Qing government encountered resistance from many aspects in the process of implementation of these measures, some of these resistance from traditional forces, such as the "law of the fathers";some of the pressure with era characteristics, such as serious financial difficulties in the late qing government and so on. These resistance affets the dispel effect of han’s sphere, but this does not mean that the reform is nothing, because we have to know the task of history to the qing government is quite difficult, but in the long run both for later generations it have produced certain positive effect, which is conducive to China’s national unity.
