| Sports dance as a new, fashion, relaxing, full of passion and in line withinternational standards of sports, is the perfect combination of sports and art. In recentyears, with the deepening reform of college physical education teaching, sports danceproject has developed very fast and popularized in every university across the country.Its development not only enrich the campus culture life, promote the construction ofthe social civilization, but also enhance the student’s physical quality. So it hasbecome an indispensable part of life. Through several decades of development，sports dance has became an independent professional discipline. Highly educatedprofessionals of sports dance are also increase gradually, the market demands forsports dance professionals’are under tense situation. With the difficulty of graduateemployment appeared, how to solve the current employment problems has beenbecome one of the hottest topics in colleges and universities.The paper brings forward the methods and suggestions of tackling employmentdifficulties of graduates through analyzing employment situation and problems in ourcountry. By using literature material law, questionnaire survey, field investigation,expert interview, mathematical statistics and other relevant research methods to gointo five universities in Shandong province which have been set up sports danceprofessional, among sports dance professional undergraduates, college teachers andexperts from2008to2009shows that:1, Sports dance as a new art leisure sports was formally introduced in the1980s andgets great development in our country. The characteristics and value of the projectitself become reason that more and more students choose this project as aprofessional during the university. So different forms of sports dance professionaljobs have appeared in the market.2, With the constant increasing of enrollment of the college, the number ofgraduates climbs up year by year so that the employment situation is getting serious.Those who only understand their professional skills and knowledge can’t attract theattention of the job market any more, the job market is in favor of the people withhigh quality, high skills and broad scope of knoeledge.3, In the face of the current employment situation and market demand, the situationthat the graduates only focus on improve their professional skills must be changed,whether its own professional skills, knowledge reserve, basic quality and ability, orother related knowledge and skills should be improved to get the foot in the fiercecompetition.4, In order to adapt the changing market demand for students, the improvement ofstudents’ abilities, it should establish one new managing pattern to suit the actuallyuniversity status. How to make a set of feasible, scientific, reasonable and perfecttalent-training plan for the sports dance professionals has become a hot topic in thecolleges and universities.5, The survey found that sports dance project in shandong province has achievedgreat traction, the job market is also very optimistic. All above provide the basicconditions for sustainable development of sports dance project. Sports danceprofessional students should seize these favorable conditions,and make great efforts toincreasing quality of their own to fit in with the requirements of the era. |
