With the advent of the "Leisure Era" of sports in China,the people's enthusiasm for sports is unprecedentedly high,and a nationwide fitness frenzy has emerged in the country.As an important supporting resource for national fitness,social sports instructors have played a important role that cannot be ignored.Compared with the past,the profession of social sports instructors has never been so much-anticipated as it is today.The state's requirements for social sports instructors have begun to shift from the pursuit of quantity compliance to the pursuit of quality improvement.Therefore,building a high-quality social sports instructor team has become a top priority.Various academic studies have achieved phased results in the construction of social sports instructors from different angles and levels.As the backbone of the development of mass sports,the social sports instructor of sports dance needs more attention.Therefore,in the face of the huge gap in the social sports instructor market of sports dance,training high-quality,high-level and professional social sports instructors in sports dance area has become an urgent problem to be solved.This research mainly includes the following contents: First,the questions are raised in the preface,and the purpose and significance of the research are analyzed.Secondly,by consulting relevant literature,conducting field surveys,and using research methods such as questionnaire surveys,interviews,data collation,and test methods,from the perspective of PCK(subject teaching knowledge),the training path of sports dance social sports instructors in Shandong Province is carried out.exploring scientific and reasonable training paths and optimization programs,analyzing the deficiencies in the current social sports instructor training system of sports dance in my country from the perspective of PCK,finally,from the perspective of questionnaire surveys and interviews,the research ideas and methods are determined,and then the research problems are clarified,and the current situation and shortcomings of the training of sports dance social sportsmen are analyzed,and the following conclusions.(1)In the teaching process of Shandong sports dance instructors,there are problems that dance skills are difficult to transform into teaching ability,the understanding and use of the teaching environment are insufficient,and the knowledge of the characteristics of the student group is lacking;there is a lack of scientificity and practicality in the training content problems;lack of diversity,sharing and cooperation in the training model;single teaching methods and lack of flexibility in training methods;in addition,there are short training times and long intervals,so that the learning content is limited,It is difficult to meet the market demand.The colleges and universities that offer sports dance majors in Shandong Province have not combined the needs of social development and the employment needs of students,and rarely regard sports dance instructors as one of the training goals,and lack of training for the teaching ability of sports dance students in the training plan;Modularity,lack of linkage.(2)The masses' feedback on the instructor's teaching evaluation mainly focused on the behavioral norms of teaching guidance and the inability of teaching ability to fit the position,and the instructor' s lack of understanding of students' needs.(3)Analyzing the training system of sports dance instructors from the perspective of PCK,and found that the pre-employment training stage has the following problems: curriculum settings need to be adjusted,PCK related courses are missing;teaching methods lack innovative awareness;practical teaching is insufficient;emphasis on technical evaluation Reaching the standard,neglecting ability evaluation;lack of knowledge about students,etc.In the post-employment training stage,there are the following shortcomings: PCK-related knowledge modularization;lack of use of the teaching environment;lack of understanding and reflection on advanced pedagogy knowledge;personal education costs are high and subject teaching knowledge cannot be updated and supplemented in time;Lack of a resource sharing platform and narrow access to resources;lack of issues such as post-employment self-reflection and evaluation.(4)Preliminary plan to optimize the experimental effect of the path and verify the feasibility of the experiment.The experimental data show that the path optimization program has a significant effect on improving the PCK of the sports dance instructor.
