Research And Reflection On The Construction Of The Mode Of Cultivating Animation And Talent Talents In Colleges And Universities

The rapid development of science characterizes 21 th century. Although the culture industry has been put emphasis on in China, there still is a huge gap of animation industry between developed countries and us. We could find a crucial problem of educational ideas in our country. Many institutes and collages are mainly adopting a traditional education mode which centered on the schools teaching. To avoid the restriction of training animation talents, it is necessary to use and introduce better resource from both abroad and home, as well as establish a platform combined with producing, learning and researching.This paper is based on the demand for talents in the animation industry, analyze the success experience and cases, take the good points and spurning the bad ones, and combine current animation industry situations in our country with the problems of talents education in the universities. By summarizing the suggestions that correspond with China’s conditions, we can build up a new development mode of animation talents.
