The process of the listening includes analysis, generalization, comparison and comprehensive. For a learner of a new language, listening comprehension is a process of understanding unacquainted information, which requests the learner to be capable to get introspective ability to make progress. Based on the characteristics of listening and speaking comprehension, the writer of this designs listening and speaking investigation on the base of theories in thesis cognitive psychology conception and considered the actual situation of teaching to find out the limits in Chinese teaching for French students who came from IPAG Business School and investigate the methods which can encourage learners to take more responsibility for fostering their autonomic learning.For a language learner, the first step to transform language knowledge into verbal communicative behavior. It’s very hard to pay close attention to every student to find each development of them from the classroom instruction point. Compare with teachers; students could know content details much better in learning progress as automatic learner. Such as what’s kind of information I got easily, or if the listening and speaking condition improved through the way be trained by teachers. A student need train themselves in different strategies until get the purpose to improve their listening and speaking skills after they become to understand advantages and disadvantages of their own. As teachers, nevertheless, should put emphasis in the students as centre and develop an integrative view of way that combine instructional design with learning motivation,learning strategies,even the national character of students at first, then design each listening and speaking classes via methods of automatic learning paten at the same time observe and record a way how students make mistakes or errors in Chinese listening and speaking to keep in line with strives for constantly improve the automatic learning methods in both teaching and learning ways.
